Hand-picked from plots cultivated in organic viticulture, the assemblage isPinot Blanc (25%) Pinot Auxerrois (25%) Pinot Gris (20%) Riesling (20%) Chardonnay (5%) and Pinot Noir (5%). he final assembly is made on the principle of the solera: to the wine of the year is added a wine from previous vintages. These reserve wines are kept on fine lees. This ageing gives the wine an exceptional vinosity and a fine complexity. This display delicious, refined and complex aromas and flavors with great length on the dry lingering finish.
