A plot located on a slightly sloping plateau in the village of Prissé at over 300 metres altitude. Soils are deep, brown, loamy-clay, medium to heavy textures, slightly gravelly. Vinification is 10% in barrels and 90% in stainless steel vats for a period of 10 months with little filtration when bottled.
Huon Hooke “Light, bright yellow colour. The aroma is slaty, limestony, creamy-yeasty, unusual and attractively distinctive. The palate is delicate and restrained, very dry and refined, with a firm, stony minerality. Zesty acidity, very delicate and fine yet balanced and super-appetising. Drink 2020–2025”
