“Very golden in both colour and character. Plenty of spice notes at the moment, along with crisp acidity. Will be very classy. More than a touch of Chassagne about this. “From the best plots using 25-30% wood including for the vinification, with some new wood. This is a good way of taming the new barrels rather than on small volume lots. Pale to mid lemon yellow.
