Coming from plots cultivated in organic agriculture with a blend of Pinot Blanc (25%) Pinot Auxerrois (25%) Pinot Gris (20%) Riesling (20%) Chardonnay (5%) and Pinot Noir (5%). 

The vines are planted in the Rouffach region, on soils dominated by limestone, suitable for the production of fine and elegant creamy base wines.

Open, fresh, elegant; very pronounced and vinous with persistent bubbles. On the palate the wine is lively, easy to drink and distinguishes itself by a remarkable finesse; fresh on the finish with long-lasting aromas and flavours.

This Crémant is a good way to begin a dinner or celebrate a big event!

Mure is a family owned winery that dates back to the mid 1600's. Located near the magical terroir of Rouffach, the family is a reference for the quality of biodynamic wines.  The Pinot Gris Pierres Sèches ('Dry Stones') takes its name from the dry stone wall terraces found in their Alsatian vineyards.  

On the nose, this Pinot Gris has hints of fresh herbs, yellow pear and some mineral stony tones. On the palate it is well balance and perfectly dry.

For over 350 years, Domaine Thomas has remained steadfast in its philosophy: Sancerre should be all about terroir—untainted by oak, and reminiscent of a great Chablis, where vibrancy, tension, and crystalline purity define every bottle.

From the most prestegious of Rosé regions, this estate makes brilliant rosé, and the 2021 Côtes Du Rhône Rosé might be the best I've tasted from the vintage. Ripe raspberries, white flowers, and beautiful minerality define the aromatics, and it's medium-bodied on the palate, with a fresh, elegant, almost crystalline-like texture that keeps you coming back to the glass. The castle of Monterinaldi in the commune of Radda in Chianti, is in the heart of the oldest historical area of the Chianti Classico region where the Ciampi family have been the guardians since 1961. Sangiovese of different clones, Canaiolo, Colorino, Malvasia Nera, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Gamay, Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cabernet-Franc, Malvasia Bianca, Trebbiano, Chardonnay, vines planted at a density of 5000 vines per hectare. 

Ruby red colour medium intensity, by the nose it shows a deep sensation of small black fruits with notes of wild blackberry and blueberry. It has a medium body, a pleasant softness is well balanced by the typical acidity of Sangiovese. Silky tannins are very well integrated.

Best great wine to drink at a BBQ

A glorious flagship wine from a stellar name in the Southern Rhône. This organic red made from Grenache, Counoise, Carignan, Cinsault and Syrah delivers a palate bursting with delicate strawberry, raspberry and red cherry flavours. It’s complex but delicately nuanced with soft tannins and edges of juicy watermelon with a gentle creamy finish that lingers on the tongue. Just delicious, and great with roast lamb.

Lots of floral, exotic, almost tropical notes emerge from the 2019 Côtes du Rhône Villages Heredi Terre. It’s medium-bodied and has loads of black cherry and raspberry fruits, soft, supple tannins, and a juicy, clean finish.
