Henri Poiron et Fils (Maisdon-sur-Sèvre)
Eight generations of the Poiron family have cultivated this estate since 1800. Today, Eric Poiron oversees the 36-hectare property, continuing a commitment to sustainable viticulture that respects and preserves the environment. All wines are estate-grown and produced exclusively from Poiron’s own vineyards, qualifying them as Proprietor-Récoltant.
The range is dedicated entirely to Muscadet, made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne. Temperature controlled, 19-22°C, during fermentation, Maturation takes place in underground glass-lined concrete vats for eight months.
The wines are then racked, assembled and prepared for bottling.
The estate is certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale), reflecting its high environmental standards.
