Situated in the picturesque Village of Chassagne-Montrachet. Guy Amiot is another subscriber to natural viticulture and wine-making is fourth generation Amiot grower Thierry Amiot who is very serious about quality and committed to terroir. They have great value Saint-Aubin’s. First-class holdings in Chassagne- Montrachet including the Premier Cru’s Chaumees, Les Champsgains, Les Vergers, and Les Caillerets. Add to this the delightful Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Demoiselles and the monumental Le Montrachet Grand Cru; this is one very serious Domaine. The Amiot wines are rich yet taut with orchard and stone fruit flavors and display a mineral infused texture. Use of oak is there but barely noticeable, very classy and totally applicable to each wine’s vibrant personality.
