fresh and zesty crisp white wine. The Croix de Bezard makes for a sensational thirst quecher as well as the perfect
accompaniment with seafood. Grapes are harvested at night at perfect maturity. Pneumatic pressing and selection of free-run
juice under inert gas. Cold settling for 48 hours at 8°C. Temperature-controlled fermentation (15°C). Malo is blocked.
