Regular price $75.00 Save $-75.00Sixty years ago, Antonin Faravel planted his first vines on the slope of La Grande Bouïssiere, at the feet of the Dentelles de Montmirail, with a passion inspired by this breath taking site stretched between earth and sky. Following his untimely death, his children decided to continue his work. Domaine la Bouïssiere is today one of the few estates to produce wines from the three appellations located in this magnificent corner of the southern Rhône Valley: Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Beaumes de Venise.

Located near the magical terroir of Rouffach, the family is a reference for the quality of biodynamic wines. The Pinot Gris Pierres Sèches ('Dry Stones') takes its name from the dry stone wall terraces found in their Alsatian vineyards.
On the nose, this Pinot Gris has hints of fresh herbs, yellow pear and some mineral stony tones. On the palate it is well balance and perfectly dry.

These reserve wines are kept on fine lees. This ageing gives the wine an exceptional vinosity and a fine complexity. This display delicious, refined and complex aromas and flavors with great length on the dry lingering finish.
