Huon Hooke “Light, bright yellow colour. The aroma is slaty, limestony, creamy-yeasty, unusual and attractively distinctive. The palate is delicate and restrained, very dry and refined, with a firm, stony minerality. Zesty acidity, very delicate and fine yet balanced and super-appetising. Drink 2020–2025”

“Subtle but not invisible wood easily allows the aromas of lemongrass, petrol and various floral elements to shine. I very much like the intensity and texture of the medium-bodied flavors that possess the best depth and persistence of these three examples of St. Véran. One to consider. 89-91 ♥ Outstanding Top value” Burghound
