A plot located on a slightly sloping plateau in the village of Prissé at over 300 metres altitude. Soils are deep, brown, loamy-clay, medium to heavy textures, slightly gravelly. Vinification is 10% in barrels and 90% in stainless steel vats for a period of 10 months with little filtration when bottled.
